in winter with world-class skiing at Mt. Washington Alpine Resort. Mount Washington (1590 m - 5216 feet) is known for its outstanding snow conditions. So far for the winter - Mt. Washington/Strathcona Park provides excellent hiking trails and mountain biking courses you can even go horseback riding in the summer.
